Once you have posted a position for us to match then we will always be actively assessing this against all the professionals who register with us. Once you are registered with us then we will always be actively assessing you as a match for job opportunities that are given to us – we do this work at no cost to you. All we ask is that you let us know if you are no longer seeking a role so we can put your matching on hold.
They are asked to disclose to us what they are looking for in terms of their employment needs and they will be matched accordingly with jobs that meet those needs. Also you will be able to ascertain their interest when you assess them in your recruitment process.
